Braggbeck Toy Soilder (Owen)
16th December 2008 - 18th December 2008

Owen, was a real little fighter.
He was born poorly, and as much as he fought,
he just couldnt beat it.
He was very special to us, and his breeder.
We tried all we could, which included
trying to get him to feed from a bottle every half hour,
but he just wasnt strong enough
and at around 6pm on the 18th December,
little Owen passed away peacefully next to his mum.
He was a little angel in the making and his loss
was devastating.
Sleep Tight little man xx
Northbeech Miss Annastacia (Anna)
27th March 2009 - 19th August 2009

Anna was a real little monkey. She was scared of nothing!!
She often gave our german shepard guard dog
a run for his money at a game of chase!
She was a real mummy's girl and liked nothing better
than being in the field with the "big girls".
Anna was a surprise for us as we bought her mum
without
knowing she was in foal.
She was a strong little lady who loved life
and thrived of attention.
We visited the field one day to find Anna stood
by herself, when i shouted on her she whinnyed
and came galloping to me, but on 3 legs.
She was hopping lame and the vet was called.
We suspected a broken leg, but Anna was
in so much pain i didnt want the vet to check properly.
The decision was made and Anna was pts next to
her mum in a nice warm stable.
When she had gone, the vet confirmed she had broken
her leg through the Fetlock joint.
To this day, we still dont know how she did it.
We feel Anna was taken from us far too soon.
But often hope that her and Owen come out on a night to play.
They were both buried at home and are visited reguarly.
Both gone, but never ever forgotten.
Sleep well Anna. xx
