She is a flaxen chestnut with sabino ticking through her coat.
We bought her in April of 2008 and she has been running with our
cremello stallion Llwynneath Pilot all summer. She has the most
fantastic temperament and is currently being broken to ride.
We think alot of this little mare as she is very true to type
and a valuable broodmare here at Northbeech.

"Rosie" is very special to us. After finding her by chance while
we were looking for a showjumping pony - I went on to have many years
of fun with her. "Rosie" has a very impresive record having jumped
at major shows like "The Horse of The Year Show". We retired her
in early 2007 after discovering she had athritis. At 18 years of age
she produced us a stunning chestnut colt (Northbeech Forever Romeo)
who can be seen on the youngstock page. We are retaining Romeo as
a future stallion, & she is scanned in foal for 2009 to the
Welsh Section D showjumping stallion "Machno Carwyn", the best
showjumping pony on the european circit to date.
She is happy, and totally sound and is a pony that we will never sell.

"Megan" is a stunning mare. She is a fantastic example of a welsh cob.
She has good flat bone, a good front and a wealth of mane and tail.
She has a wonderful welshy head that a section A would be proud of.
She has a lovley dish with big bold eyes and plenty of width
between them. She has had many people compliment her and i have had
many people tell me off for not showing her. Unfortunatly she has
a nasty looking scar on her leg which means she wouldnt do well
in the show ring. She has fantastic breeding being line bred to
the amazing, "Nebo Black Magic" who she is very simular to.
We are planning on putting her in foal in 2009. We are un-decided
on what stallion to use with her. We would love to use our own
section A but unfortunatly we think there is no way he will manage!
She is a big part of Northbeech and we think a lot of her.
She is a nice riding mare and we are planning on breaking her to
drive also when she is older.
